If you can’t make a show, or you booked more tables than you need, you can transfer paid tables to another vendor. Once they accept, the tables move to their account, along with the table numbers and the spot they hold.
Table transfers are available only at events where the host has turned them on. Hosts don’t review individual transfers, but they’re notified when one goes through.

What you can transfer

You can transfer a table when:
  • The table is paid, including a payment the host recorded outside Treasure. Your dashboard shows both as Paid; in the transfer form, a host-recorded table is labeled Marked as Paid. Unpaid tables can’t be transferred.
  • It’s a table, not an add-on. Add-ons stay with you.
  • The host has accepted your cart, and it has no refund, payment still processing, or pending cart change from the host.
  • The table isn’t already in another pending transfer.
  • The event hasn’t ended.
You can’t transfer tables to yourself. Treasure also limits how many transfers you can have pending and how many you can send in a day.

Send a transfer

1

Open the show

Go to your vendor dashboard, open the show, and choose Transfer tables under Manage. If you don’t see Transfer tables, the event doesn’t allow transfers or none of your tables can be transferred yet.
2

Choose the tables

Under Which tables are you transferring?, select the tables you want to hand over. You can transfer some or all of them.
3

Choose who gets them

Under Who are you transferring to?, choose one:
  • User: search for a vendor by name or @username.
  • Email: enter their email address. They’ll get an email to claim the tables.
  • Link: create a link you can share any way you like. Anyone with the link can claim the tables, and the first person to accept gets them.
Add a Note (optional) for the other vendor if you like.
4

Send it

Select Send transfer, or Create link and then Copy link.
Once a transfer is accepted, the tables move to the other vendor and you lose access to them. If they’re paying you for the tables, arrange that between yourselves. Payment happens outside Treasure and isn’t reviewed by the host, and the host can’t refund transferred tables.

Track or cancel a transfer

While a transfer is waiting, your show is labeled Transfer pending. The Manage section lists each pending transfer, who it’s to, and when it expires, with a Cancel button. The recipient has 7 days to accept. If they don’t, the transfer expires and your tables stay with you. Treasure emails you when the recipient accepts or declines. After the transfer is accepted:
  • If you transferred all of your tables, your show changes to Transferred, and your check-in QR code no longer works for it.
  • If you kept some, your submission shows how many tables were transferred and to whom. You check in with the tables you kept.

Accept a transfer

When someone sends you tables, you get an email saying they want to transfer you tables at the event, with a link to review them. You can also be sent a link directly.
1

Open the transfer and sign in

Open the link and sign in. If the transfer was sent to a different account, Treasure tells you which one. Sign in with that account to accept it.
2

Review the tables

The page lists the tables you’re receiving and any note from the sender. If you haven’t applied to the event yet, answer the host’s application questions on the same page.
3

Accept or decline

Select Accept Transfer to take the tables, or Decline to turn them down. Transfers sent as a link can’t be declined, so ignore the link if you don’t want them.
Once you accept, the tables appear in your vendor dashboard as Received, already paid. Your vendor check-in QR code covers them like any other table. You can’t accept a transfer if it would take you over the event’s limit on tables per vendor, or if you’re not allowed to vend at the event.
A transfer can’t be accepted once it has expired, or if the host turns off table transfers for the event. If that happens, the page tells you.
