Customers collects everyone who has bought from you or applied to your events, across every event you host. Use it to see who’s new and who keeps coming back, import your existing contacts, sort people into lists, export your data, and send blasts that span more than one event.

Open Customers

In your host dashboard sidebar, select Customers. The page has four tabs: On the Vendors and Attendees tabs, filter by New or Returning, by event, by list, and for vendors by tag. Use Search to find someone by name or email. Click a person to open their details, including their history at each of your events.

Import contacts

Bring in an email list from another tool so you can include those contacts in blasts.
1

Open the importer

On the Imported tab, open Import Contacts.
2

Upload your CSV

Click Click to upload a CSV file and choose your file.
3

Map your columns

Match your file’s columns to Treasure’s fields. Email is required. First Name, Last Name, Full Name, Business Name, and Phone are optional. Rows without an email are skipped.
4

Import

Optionally pick a list under Assign to list, then click Import Contacts.
Each upload is kept as its own import batch, so you can filter the Imported tab by import or message a single batch later.

Organize customers into lists

Lists are your own labels for groups of customers, such as VIPs or follow-ups.
  1. Click Lists to open Manage Lists.
  2. Enter a List name, choose a Color, and create the list.
  3. To add people, select them in the table and use Assign to list.
You can rename, recolor, or delete a list from Manage Lists at any time.

Email your customers

Select people in any tab and click Add to Message to add them to a blast. You can also open the composer from the New Message Blast bar at the bottom of the page. From Customers, Add recipients offers groups that span all your events, in addition to the groups on an event’s blast page:
  • All imported contacts, or a single batch under Imported batches
  • Any of your Customer lists
  • Returning vendors, New vendors, Returning attendees, and New attendees
  • Vendor statuses by event: accepted, pending, waitlisted, rejected, paid, or unpaid vendors, across All hosted events or for one event
See Email blasts for composing, scheduling, and tracking blasts.

Export to CSV

1

Open the export

Click Export to open Export customers.
2

Choose what to include

Under Include customer groups, check Vendors, Attendees, Imported, or any combination. You can narrow the export to a list, then pick the columns you want. Use Select all to include every column.
3

Download

Click Download CSV.
Available columns include name, business name, email, and phone for everyone. Vendor columns include how many of your events they applied to and paid for, and their upcoming events. Attendee columns include tickets purchased and scanned, last purchase date, and events attended. Imported columns include the import date and batch.
