Once a host approves your vendor application, the next step is paying for your table to lock in your spot. Treasure handles all payments through a secure, hosted checkout — you don’t need to pay the host directly or track down an invoice.
Approval alone does not hold your table. Your spot is only confirmed once payment is complete. Hosts may reassign unpaid tables to other applicants.

Pay for your table

1

Watch for your approval notification

When a host approves your application, Treasure sends a notification to your account email. You’ll also see the status change to Approved in your vendor dashboard under Tables.
2

Open your dashboard

Log in at ontreasure.com and go to your vendor dashboard. Find the approved event — it will be highlighted with an Unpaid payment status badge.
3

Start checkout

Open the event card and select Make payment (or Finish checkout if you started a session previously). This takes you to the Treasure checkout page for your specific table order.
4

Enter your payment details

Complete the checkout form with your payment information. Treasure’s checkout is powered by Stripe and supports:
  • Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover)
  • ACH bank transfer where available
Review your order summary — including the table type, quantity, and any add-ons — before confirming.
5

Confirm and receive your receipt

Submit payment. Treasure sends a confirmation email to your account address with your table details and a QR code for vendor check-in on event day.

Table pricing

Table fees are set by the event host, not by Treasure. Pricing varies between events and may depend on table size, location in the venue, or other factors the host configures. You’ll always see the price clearly before submitting your application and again at checkout.

After payment

Once your payment is processed:
  • Your payment status updates to Paid in the dashboard
  • You receive a confirmation email with your table details and vendor QR code
  • On event day, use the QR code or the Treasure mobile app to check in at the venue

Refunds

Refund eligibility is determined by each event host’s policy, not a universal Treasure rule. If you need a refund, contact the host directly or check the event’s terms and conditions (visible in your application detail panel under the Terms tab).
Pay as soon as you receive your approval notification. Hosts can reassign tables that remain unpaid, and popular events fill up quickly.
