Treasure offers three plans so you can choose the right level of tooling for your event. All plans include unlimited events, unlimited tickets, vendor management, email blasts, and the mobile check-in app. The main differences are the transaction fee, payout schedule, and access to venue maps and embedded checkout support.
There are no setup fees on any Treasure plan. You can create your first event and start selling tickets on the Basic plan for free.

Plan comparison

Starter is the best fit for most events. The lower transaction fee pays for the plan cost at moderate ticket volumes, and weekly payouts mean you don’t have to wait until event day to receive your revenue.

Understanding transaction fees

The transaction fee is a percentage of each payment processed through Treasure, plus a flat per-transaction amount. It is charged on every ticket sale, vendor table payment, and add-on purchase.
Standard credit card processing fees (2.9% + $0.30 per transaction) are separate from the Treasure transaction fee and are not included in the amounts above. These are charged by the payment processor and apply on all plans.

Payout schedules

  • Basic — payouts are initiated on the day of your event.
  • Starter and Pro — payouts are initiated two times a week (Sunday and Wednesday at 12pm EST) as sales come in.
For details on how payouts work and how to set up your bank account, see Payouts.

Venue maps

Interactive venue maps let you create a visual floor plan of your event, assign vendors to specific tables or booths, and share a public-facing map with attendees.
  • Venue maps are not able to be published to your event page on the Basic plan.
  • Starter and Pro both include unlimited venue maps.
  • Pro includes one free hands-on map setup — the Treasure team builds your first map for you.

Upgrading or downgrading

You can change your plan at any time from your account settings. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period. To upgrade, go to Account Settings → Manage Plan, and from there you’ll be able to upgrade or change your current plan. If you are on a monthly plan, you can switch to annual billing at any time to lock in the lower rate.
