Your vendor dashboard is the central hub for managing your presence across every event you’ve applied to or been booked at. From one screen you can see which events are coming up, check table assignments, review payment status, and track your sales — without digging through emails or contacting hosts individually.

Access your dashboard

Log in at ontreasure.com, then navigate to your dashboard. The main vendor dashboard shows two quick-access sections: Sales and Tables.

Upcoming events and table assignments

The Tables section lists every event where you have an active application or confirmed table. Select any event card to open a detailed view of your application, including:
  • Application status — Pending, Approved, or Denied
  • Payment status — Unpaid, Paid, or Processing
  • Your next upcoming event — highlighted at the top with the event poster, date range, and location

Your next event card

If you have an approved, upcoming table, the dashboard surfaces it prominently as Your Upcoming Table. This card shows:
  • Event name and poster
  • Event date(s) and city
  • Your overall application and payment status
Use this card to quickly confirm you’re all set before the event, or to jump into payment if you haven’t paid yet.

Viewing table details

Click the options menu (the three-dot icon) on any event card to:
  • View application — See your full submission, including the items you requested, table reservations, and check-in info
  • Make payment — Go directly to checkout for an approved, unpaid table
  • Withdraw — Remove a pending or unpaid application
Inside the application detail panel, you’ll find three tabs:
TabContents
SubmissionsEach cart you submitted, with item details, table reservations, and payment actions
InfoYour application details, event location and dates, and vendor check-in time and location
TermsThe event’s vendor terms and conditions

Sales history

The Sales section gives you a running record of the transactions you’ve logged at events. Open it to see:
  • Total revenue — your all-time sales total, or filtered by a custom date range
  • Individual transactions — each entry shows the item name, payment method, amount, and date/time
Select any transaction to view its details. On desktop, the detail panel opens inline. On mobile, it opens in a dialog. Use the date filter at the top right to narrow your view to a specific period — useful when reconciling sales from a single event.
Download the Treasure mobile app for day-of check-in. You can scan your vendor QR code directly from the app and access your table details without opening a browser.

Search and filter

At the top of the Tables section, a search bar lets you find a specific event by name. This is helpful once you’ve attended multiple events and the list grows long. Events are also split into Upcoming and Past tabs so you can reference your history without cluttering the active view.
