Treasure Analytics gives you a real-time view into how your event is performing — from the moment tickets go on sale through the final check-in on event day. Access cumulative sales charts, revenue breakdowns by item type, and an hourly check-in timeline, all from a single tab in your event dashboard.

Accessing analytics

Open your event dashboard and select the Analytics tab from the left navigation. Analytics are available to anyone with a Host, Cohost, or Staff role on the event.

Key metrics

Performance comparison chart

The Performance Comparison chart plots cumulative sales over time, normalized to days before the event date. This makes it easy to compare the current event’s trajectory against your past events side by side. You can switch between the following metrics using the dropdown in the chart header:
MetricDescription
Tickets soldCumulative count of ticket line items sold
Tables soldCumulative count of vendor table line items sold
Add-ons soldCumulative count of add-on line items sold
Ticket sales ($)Cumulative revenue attributed to ticket line items
Table sales ($)Cumulative revenue attributed to vendor table line items
All sales ($)Combined cumulative revenue across all item types
Use the range selector to zoom into the last 7, 14, 30, 60, or 90 days before the event, or enter a custom range. A “Today” reference line shows where you are in the sales cycle for upcoming events.

Comparing past events

Click Compare Events to overlay sales curves from your other events. Treasure automatically surfaces up to five recent events for comparison. You can also search for any past event by name. Overlaid events appear as additional colored lines on the chart.
Comparing your current event to a similar past event helps you identify whether sales are ahead of or behind your historical pace — especially useful in the final weeks before event day.

Check-in times

The Check-In Times chart shows a bar graph of attendee check-ins grouped by hour of day. The peak check-in hour is highlighted automatically. For multi-day events, use the date selector in the chart header to filter the distribution to a specific event date.
Check-in data is recorded in real time as attendees are scanned using the Treasure mobile app. The chart updates as scans happen on event day.
