The Attendees page in your event dashboard shows everyone holding a ticket to your event and how many have been checked in. Check-in itself happens at the door in the Treasure Events mobile app.

The Attendees page

From your event dashboard, click Attendees in the sidebar. At the top, you’ll see:
  • Customers — how many people bought tickets, split into first-time, second-time, and third-time-or-more attendees, with a Returning count
  • Tickets sold, Checked in, and Overall check-in rate
  • Check-ins by ticket — check-ins for each ticket type, with an Event days picker for multi-day events
The attendee list shows each Customer, their Tickets, Total Tickets, Tickets Scanned, and Latest Purchase Date. A Guest badge marks someone who checked out without signing in. Use Search attendees… to find someone by name, contact details, or ticket name, and filter by Ticket Name or Customer Type.

View an attendee

Click an attendee to open their details. Each ticket shows whether it’s Scanned or Not scanned for each event date.

Change an attendee’s ticket type

To move an attendee to a different ticket type — for example, an upgrade to VIP — open the attendee and click Change ticket type. Their tickets keep the same QR codes, so they don’t need new ones. Tickets that have already been scanned can’t be changed.

Send free tickets

To give tickets to someone without them checking out — a comp, a contest winner, or a guest — click Send Free Tickets on the Attendees page.
1

Pick the ticket

Choose a Ticket type and a Quantity.
2

Decide whether to use inventory

Turn on Subtract from available inventory to count these tickets against the ticket’s quantity. Leave it off to send them on top of your inventory.
3

Add the recipient

Enter the Recipient email and an optional Note, such as “VIP comp”.
4

Send

Click Send Tickets. If the tickets push the ticket type past its quantity, Treasure tells you how many tickets it’s oversold by.

Export attendees

Click Export and choose One row per attendee or One row per ticket. Exporting needs permission to export attendee data, which Hosts, Co-Hosts, and Staff have.

Check people in at the door

Check-in happens in the Treasure Events app on iOS or Android, signed in with the same Treasure account you use on the web. In the app, open your event and tap Scan Tickets, scan the attendee’s QR code, and tap Check In. Check-ins show up on the Attendees page as Tickets Scanned. For the full scanning flow — whole orders, looking guests up by name, add-ons, scan start times, and vendor check-in — see Check in with the mobile app.

Who can check people in

Anyone on your event team with scanning access: the Host, Co-Hosts, Staff, and the Scanner role. Scanners can check people in but can’t see anything else on your dashboard, so use that role for door volunteers. See Team and roles.

Multi-day tickets

Check-in is tracked per event date, using today’s date on the scanning phone. A ticket set to Valid on specific dates can be checked in once on each of its dates. A Single use across the event ticket can be checked in once, on any date. See Ticket types.
Scan start times you set in the app’s Scan Settings are saved on that phone only. Set them on each device your team uses at the door.

Walk-in guests

People who come in without a Treasure ticket, such as someone who paid at the door, can join your event on Treasure by scanning your Treasure Hunt Check-in QR. Open your event in the app and tap Treasure Hunt Check-in QR to show or share it. The Scanner role can’t open it. See Let walk-in guests join Treasure Hunt.
