Treasure gives you a full vendor relationship management workflow built into your event dashboard. Vendors apply through your event page, and you review, approve or deny, assign tables, and track payments — all from the Vendors tab of your event.
Vendors pay for their approved table through Treasure’s checkout. Payment is collected securely via Stripe and flows directly to your payout account. You do not need to handle vendor payments manually.

Application lifecycle

A vendor application moves through the following statuses:
StatusWhat it means
PendingApplication submitted, awaiting your review.
ApprovedYou accepted the application. The vendor can now pay for their table.
DeniedYou declined the application for this event.
PaidThe vendor has completed checkout and their table is confirmed.
WaitlistedThe vendor is in a queue if a spot opens up.

Review and respond to applications

1

Open the Vendors tab

From your event dashboard, click the Vendors tab. You’ll see an overview with charts showing total applications, approval rate, and table booking status at a glance.
2

Open an application

The applications list shows each vendor’s name, business details, applied table type, and current status. Click a vendor row to open the full application view. The detail panel shows the vendor’s answers to your application questions, their business links, and any tags you or they have applied.
3

Approve or deny

Review the vendor’s application and click Approve or Deny.
  • When you approve, the vendor receives a notification and can proceed to checkout.
  • When you deny, you can include a note explaining the decision. The vendor is notified.
You can change a decision after the fact if circumstances change.
4

Assign a table on the venue map

After approving a vendor, assign them a specific table location on your venue map. Open the vendor’s application panel and click Assign Table, or open the map editor and drag the vendor’s name onto a table.Assigning a table is optional but recommended — it lets vendors and attendees see exactly where each seller is located on the interactive map.See Venue maps for how to build and publish your map layout.
5

Track payment status

Once a vendor is approved, monitor whether they have completed checkout. The vendors list shows a payment status badge for each approved vendor: Unpaid, Paid, or Refunded. You can filter the list by status to quickly see which vendors still need to complete payment before the event.

Custom application questions

You can add custom questions to your vendor application in the event editor — for example: “What products do you sell?”, “Do you need electricity?”, or “Do you require a specific table size?”. Answers appear in each vendor’s application detail panel when you review their submission.

Communicating with vendors

To send a message to all approved vendors, or to a filtered subset, use the Blast feature from your event dashboard. You can send email or SMS messages to selected groups. See Email & SMS blasts for details on sending targeted vendor communications.
