# Apply for a vendor table at a Treasure event

> Find events accepting vendor applications, submit your table request, and learn what to expect while the host reviews your application.

Treasure makes it straightforward to apply for table space at conventions, markets, and events. This page walks you through finding open vendor applications, what information you'll need to submit, and how the review process works — whether you're a first-time applicant or a returning seller.

## Find an event accepting vendors

Browse active events at [ontreasure.com/events](https://ontreasure.com/events). Each listing shows the event name, date, and location. Open the event page to see whether vendor tables are available.

On the event page, look for the **Tables** section in the purchase box. If the host has enabled vendor applications, you'll see a **See Tables** button with pricing listed. Select it to view available table options and start your application.

## Submit your application

    On the event's tables page, review the available table types, sizes, and pricing. Select the option that fits your setup and click through to begin the application.

    Complete the vendor application form. Most applications ask for:

    * **Business name** and a short description of what you sell
    * **Product categories** (art, handmade goods, apparel, food, etc.)
    * **Table preferences** such as size or quantity
    * Any additional information the host requests

    Take your time here — a clear, complete application helps hosts make faster decisions.

    Confirm your selections and submit the application. You'll receive a confirmation that your submission is under review.

## Track your application status

After submitting, your application moves through the following statuses:

| Status       | What it means                                                       |
| ------------ | ------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| **Pending**  | Your application is under review by the event host.                 |
| **Approved** | The host accepted your application. You can now pay for your table. |
| **Denied**   | The host did not accept your application for this event.            |

You can check your current status at any time from your [vendor dashboard](/vendors/dashboard) under **Tables**.

## After approval

When your application is approved, you'll receive a notification. Your next step is to complete payment to secure your table spot. Head to your dashboard, find the approved event, and follow the checkout flow.

  Check your email after submitting — Treasure sends status update notifications to the address on your account. Check your spam folder if you don't see them within a day or two.
