# Set up your Treasure account and profile Source: https://docs.ontreasure.com/account-setup Sign up at ontreasure.com, build your public profile with a username and bio, and connect Stripe so you can receive ticket sale payouts. This page covers how to create your Treasure account, fill in your public profile, and connect Stripe for payouts. Completing these steps before your first event ensures your event pages look professional and that you can receive payments as soon as tickets sell. ## Create your account Go to [ontreasure.com](https://ontreasure.com) and click **Sign up**. You can register with an email and password or sign in with Google. After your first login, Treasure will prompt you to complete your profile. You can also reach it at any time by clicking your avatar in the top-right corner and selecting **Edit profile**. ## Set up your profile Your profile is the public face of your account on Treasure. It appears on every event you host and is discoverable at `ontreasure.com/u/[username]`. Enter your **first name** and **last name**. These are required and are used on event pages and for payout records. Click the avatar placeholder to upload a **profile photo**. Supported formats are JPG and PNG. Treasure automatically optimizes the image on upload. Your **username** sets your permanent public URL: ```text theme={null} ontreasure.com/u/[username] ``` Usernames can contain letters, numbers, underscores (`_`), periods (`.`), and hyphens (`-`). Usernames are unique — if your chosen name is taken, Treasure will let you know. Choose a username that matches your brand or organization name. Your public profile page lists all your upcoming events, making it easy to share a single link with your audience. **Business name** (optional) — if provided, this replaces your personal name on event pages. Useful if you're organizing events under a brand or organization. **Bio** — a short description shown on your public profile. Tell visitors who you are, what kind of events you run, or where to find you elsewhere. Click **Save** at the bottom of the profile form. Your public profile at `ontreasure.com/u/[username]` will immediately reflect your changes. ## Connect Stripe for payouts Treasure uses [Stripe](https://stripe.com) to process ticket payments and send payouts to your bank account. You must connect a Stripe account before you can sell paid tickets. Go to your host dashboard, open **Account Settings**, and navigate to the **Payouts** section. Click **Connect Stripe**. You'll be redirected to Stripe's onboarding flow, where you'll provide: * Business or personal details * Bank account information for payouts * Identity verification The process typically takes a few minutes. Once approved by Stripe, your account is authorized to accept payments through Treasure. Return to Treasure after completing Stripe onboarding. Your payout settings page will show your Stripe account as connected. You can now create paid ticket types on any event. Free events do not require a Stripe connection. You only need Stripe if you plan to charge for tickets or vendor table bookings. Payouts are sent on a schedule that depends on your plan — day-of-event for Basic, or weekly for Starter and Pro. Make sure your bank account details in Stripe are correct before your event goes live. ## Payout schedules by plan | Plan | Price | Transaction fee | Payout schedule | | ------- | ------------- | --------------- | --------------- | | Basic | Free | 4% + \$0.50 | Day of event | | Starter | 3.5% + \$0.30 | Weekly | | | | Pro | 3% | Weekly | See the [pricing page](/account/pricing) for a full feature comparison across plans. # Frequently asked questions about Treasure Source: https://docs.ontreasure.com/account/faq Common questions about creating events, selling tickets, managing vendors, receiving payouts, refunds, and managing your Treasure account. Find answers to the most common questions about using Treasure to manage and promote your events. If you don't see what you're looking for, reach out to our support team from within your dashboard. Yes. The Basic plan is free and includes everything you need to create events, sell tickets, manage vendors, and check in attendees on event day. Basic charges a 4% + \$0.50 transaction fee on each payment processed through Treasure. Paid plans (Starter and Pro) reduce the transaction fee and add features like venue maps, faster payouts, and embedded checkout support. See [Pricing](/account/pricing) for a full comparison. Treasure pays out revenue from ticket and vendor table sales directly to your connected bank account via Stripe. * **Basic** — payouts are initiated on the day of your event. * **Starter and Pro** — payouts are initiated on a weekly rolling schedule as sales come in. To set up your payout account, go to **[Host Dashboard](https://www.ontreasure.com/host/events) → Payouts** and connect your bank account through Stripe. See [Payouts](/hosts/payouts) for step-by-step instructions. Yes. If your event has free tickets (priced at \$0.00), no transaction fee is charged because no payment is processed. Attendees can register and receive a QR code ticket without entering any payment information. Treasure uses Stripe to process payments. Attendees can pay with any major credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover). Apple Pay and Google Pay are also supported where available. Standard credit card processing fees (2.9% + \$0.30 per transaction) apply in addition to the Treasure transaction fee. These are charged by Stripe and are separate from your Treasure plan cost. Refunds can be issued from your event dashboard under the **Orders** section. Find the order, select it, and choose **Refund**. You can issue a full or partial refund. Refunds are returned to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on the attendee's bank. The Treasure transaction fee is not refunded when you issue a refund. Yes. All event creation features are available on the free Basic plan. You can create unlimited events, sell unlimited tickets, accept unlimited vendor applications, and use the mobile check-in app on Basic. The key limitations of Basic are the higher transaction fee (4% + \$0.50), day-of payouts (instead of weekly), and no access to interactive venue maps. The **Host** is the primary owner of an event. They have full control over event settings, billing, payouts, and team management. A **Cohost** has nearly the same access as the Host — they can manage vendors, send blasts, view analytics, and check in attendees — but they cannot change payout settings or delete the event. You can also add **Staff** members (dashboard access without financial settings) and **Scanners** (mobile app check-in only). See [Team Management](/hosts/team) for details. No. Vendors pay through Treasure's checkout, but the money goes to you (the host) minus the transaction fee. Treasure does not charge vendors a separate platform fee. Vendors pay whatever table price you set when you create your vendor application. Yes. Treasure provides iframe embed codes for ticket sales, vendor applications, your venue map, and your host profile. You can paste these snippets into any website to let visitors purchase tickets or apply as vendors without leaving your site. Embedded checkout processes payments natively — no additional setup is needed. The Pro plan includes a dedicated Embedded Checkout Support Team to help with integration. See [Embeds](/features/embeds) for code snippets and setup instructions. You can cancel your Starter or Pro subscription at any time from **Account → Billing**. Your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period, after which your account reverts to the free Basic plan. You will not be charged again after canceling. Canceling does not delete your events, attendee data, or vendor records. Yes. The Treasure mobile app is available on iOS (App Store) and Android (Google Play). It is designed for day-of event operations: scanning attendee ticket QR codes, checking in vendors, and recording cash payments. The mobile app is included on all plans at no extra cost. Anyone with a Host, Cohost, Staff, or Scanner role on the event can log in and use the app with their Treasure account credentials. Venue maps are interactive floor plans of your event space. You can drag and drop tables, assign vendors to specific spots, label sections, and publish a public-facing map that attendees can view before and during the event. Venue maps are available on the **Starter** and **Pro** plans. The Pro plan also includes one free hands-on map setup where the Treasure team builds your first map for you. Venue maps are not available on the Basic (free) plan. # Treasure pricing: plans, fees, and payout schedules Source: https://docs.ontreasure.com/account/pricing Compare Basic, Starter, and Pro plans including monthly cost, transaction fees, payout schedules, and features included on each tier. Treasure offers three plans so you can choose the right level of tooling for your event. All plans include unlimited events, unlimited tickets, vendor management, email blasts, and the mobile check-in app. The main differences are the transaction fee, payout schedule, and access to venue maps and embedded checkout support. There are no setup fees on any Treasure plan. You can create your first event and start selling tickets on the Basic plan for free. ## Plan comparison | Feature | Basic | Starter | Pro | | -------------------------- | --------------------- | ----------------- | --------------------- | | Monthly price | Free | | | | Transaction fee | 4% + \$0.50 | 3.5% + \$0.30 | 3% | | Payouts | Day of event | 2x/week | 2x/week | | Venue maps | No Publishing | Unlimited | Unlimited | | Hands-on map setup | Self-Serve | Dedicated Support | 1 free setup included | | Embedded checkout support | Self-Serve | Self-Serve | Dedicated team | | Banners & signage discount | 0% | 10% | 15% | | Mobile check-in app | Included | Included | Included | | Unlimited email blasts | Included | Included | Included | | 24/7 customer support | Within 1 business day | Within 12 hours | Within 1 hour | Starter is the best fit for most events. The lower transaction fee pays for the plan cost at moderate ticket volumes, and weekly payouts mean you don't have to wait until event day to receive your revenue. ## Understanding transaction fees The transaction fee is a percentage of each payment processed through Treasure, plus a flat per-transaction amount. It is charged on every ticket sale, vendor table payment, and add-on purchase. Standard credit card processing fees (2.9% + \$0.30 per transaction) are separate from the Treasure transaction fee and are not included in the amounts above. These are charged by the payment processor and apply on all plans. ## Payout schedules * **Basic** — payouts are initiated on the day of your event. * **Starter and Pro** — payouts are initiated two times a week (Sunday and Wednesday at 12pm EST) as sales come in. For details on how payouts work and how to set up your bank account, see [Payouts](/hosts/payouts). ## Venue maps Interactive venue maps let you create a visual floor plan of your event, assign vendors to specific tables or booths, and share a public-facing map with attendees. * Venue maps are **not able to be published** to your event page on the Basic plan. * Starter and Pro both include **unlimited venue maps**. * Pro includes **one free hands-on map setup** — the Treasure team builds your first map for you. ## Upgrading or downgrading You can change your plan at any time from your account settings. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period. To upgrade, go to **Account Settings → [Manage Plan](https://www.ontreasure.com/profile/manage-plan)**, and from there you'll be able to upgrade or change your current plan. If you are on a monthly plan, you can switch to annual billing at any time to lock in the lower rate. # Track event performance with Treasure Analytics Source: https://docs.ontreasure.com/features/analytics Monitor cumulative ticket and table sales, revenue by item type, check-in timing, and compare performance across past events in real time. Treasure Analytics gives you a real-time view into how your event is performing — from the moment tickets go on sale through the final check-in on event day. Access cumulative sales charts, revenue breakdowns by item type, and an hourly check-in timeline, all from a single tab in your event dashboard. ## Accessing analytics Open your event dashboard and select the **Analytics** tab from the left navigation. Analytics are available to anyone with a Host, Cohost, or Staff role on the event. ## Key metrics ### Performance comparison chart The **Performance Comparison** chart plots cumulative sales over time, normalized to days before the event date. This makes it easy to compare the current event's trajectory against your past events side by side. You can switch between the following metrics using the dropdown in the chart header: | Metric | Description | | ----------------- | -------------------------------------------------------- | | Tickets sold | Cumulative count of ticket line items sold | | Tables sold | Cumulative count of vendor table line items sold | | Add-ons sold | Cumulative count of add-on line items sold | | Ticket sales (\$) | Cumulative revenue attributed to ticket line items | | Table sales (\$) | Cumulative revenue attributed to vendor table line items | | All sales (\$) | Combined cumulative revenue across all item types | Use the range selector to zoom into the last 7, 14, 30, 60, or 90 days before the event, or enter a custom range. A "Today" reference line shows where you are in the sales cycle for upcoming events. ### Comparing past events Click **Compare Events** to overlay sales curves from your other events. Treasure automatically surfaces up to five recent events for comparison. You can also search for any past event by name. Overlaid events appear as additional colored lines on the chart. Comparing your current event to a similar past event helps you identify whether sales are ahead of or behind your historical pace — especially useful in the final weeks before event day. ### Check-in times The **Check-In Times** chart shows a bar graph of attendee check-ins grouped by hour of day. The peak check-in hour is highlighted automatically. For multi-day events, use the date selector in the chart header to filter the distribution to a specific event date. Check-in data is recorded in real time as attendees are scanned using the Treasure mobile app. The chart updates as scans happen on event day. ## Who can view analytics Analytics are accessible to team members with the following roles on the event: * **Host** — full access * **Cohost** — full access * **Staff** — full access Scanners do not have access to the analytics dashboard. # Send email blasts to attendees and vendors Source: https://docs.ontreasure.com/features/email-sms-blasts Compose targeted email messages to attendees by ticket type, vendors by status, or your whole event audience — and schedule them in advance. Treasure Blasts lets you send mass email messages to your event audience without leaving your dashboard. Target all attendees, a specific ticket type, all vendors, or only approved vendors — then send immediately or schedule for a future date and time. Blast history is saved so you can review what was sent and track delivery. Email blasts are available on all Treasure plans with no sending limits. There are no caps on how many blasts you can send per event. ## Where to find it Navigate to your event dashboard and select **Blast** from the left navigation menu. ## Composing and sending a blast Select who should receive the message. You can target: * **All attendees** — everyone who purchased a ticket to this event * **Specific ticket type** — attendees who purchased a particular ticket (e.g., "VIP", "General Admission") * **All vendors** — everyone who submitted a vendor application * **Accepted vendors** — only vendors whose applications have been approved * **Applied vendors** — vendors who applied but have not yet been approved or rejected * **Paid vendors** — vendors who have completed payment for their table * **Unpaid vendors** — approved vendors who have not yet paid * **By table section** — vendors assigned to a specific section of the venue map For more on managing vendors, see [Vendor Management](/hosts/vendor-management). Enter a **Subject** line and compose your message body in the rich text editor. You can format text, add links, and include event details. Check the **Include event info** option to automatically append a summary of your event (name, date, and location) at the bottom of the email. Select **Send now** to deliver the blast immediately, or toggle **Schedule** to pick a future date and time. Scheduled blasts appear in your blast history with a "Scheduled" status and can be reviewed before they go out. Confirm the recipient count shown below your audience selection, then click **Send Blast**. Treasure queues the message and begins delivery. ## Viewing blast history The right sidebar on the Blast page shows your recent blasts for this event. Each entry displays: * Subject line * Audience summary (e.g., "42 attendees", "15 accepted vendors") * Status: **Queued**, **Scheduled**, **Sent**, or **Failed** * Total recipients, successfully sent count, and failed count Click any past blast to preview the full message body. ## Email vs. SMS At this time, Treasure Blasts supports **email only**. Recipients receive messages at the email address they used when purchasing a ticket or submitting a vendor application. Attendees who have opted out of marketing emails are automatically excluded from attendee blasts. Vendor blasts are transactional and reach all vendors in the selected group regardless of opt-out status. # Embed Treasure checkout and venue maps on your site Source: https://docs.ontreasure.com/features/embeds Add a ticket checkout, vendor application form, interactive venue map, or host profile to any website using Treasure's iframe embed snippets. Treasure provides embeddable iframes that let you bring your event's checkout, vendor application form, venue map, or host profile directly onto your own website. Visitors can purchase tickets, apply as vendors, or explore the venue layout without ever leaving your site. Embedded checkout supports payments natively. No additional payment setup is required — Stripe processes payments directly within the iframe. ## How embeds work Each embed is a self-contained ` ``` Replace `my-event-2024` with your event's slug and update the `id` and `iframeId` values accordingly. *** ## Vendor application embed Embed the vendor intake form so vendors can apply directly from your website. Applications submitted through the embed appear in your vendor dashboard just like applications submitted on Treasure. ```html vendor-application-embed.html theme={null}
```
*** ## Venue map embed Embed the interactive venue map so attendees and vendors can explore table layouts and booth locations on your website. Venue maps are available on Starter and Pro plans. ```html venue-map-embed.html theme={null}
```
*** ## Host profile embed Embed your Treasure host profile with a list of your upcoming events. This is useful for personal websites, creator pages, or anywhere you promote multiple events at once. ```html host-profile-embed.html theme={null}
```
Replace `your-username` with your Treasure username and update the `id` and `iframeId` values to match. *** ## Auto-resize behavior The JavaScript snippet included with each embed listens for `message` events posted by the iframe. When the Treasure page inside the iframe changes height (for example, as a multi-step checkout progresses), it sends a message containing the new height in pixels and the iframe's ID. The script finds the matching iframe by ID and updates its `style.height` accordingly. This means the iframe always fits its content exactly — no fixed heights, no internal scrollbars. If you place multiple Treasure embeds on the same page, each iframe must have a unique `id` value. The auto-resize script routes height updates by ID, so duplicate IDs will cause one iframe to override another's height. ## Need help with integration? The **Pro plan** includes a dedicated Embedded Checkout Support Team to help you integrate Treasure embeds into your website. See [Pricing](/account/pricing) for plan details. # Use the Treasure mobile app for day-of check-in Source: https://docs.ontreasure.com/features/mobile-app Scan attendee ticket QR codes, mark vendors as arrived, and log cash sales on event day using the Treasure mobile app for iOS and Android. The Treasure mobile app is built for day-of event operations. Use it to scan attendee ticket QR codes, mark vendors as checked in when they arrive to set up, and record cash payments collected at the door — all from your phone. The app works on both iOS and Android and uses the same Treasure account you use on the web. ## Who can use the mobile app Anyone assigned one of the following roles on your event can log in and use the mobile app: * **Host** * **Cohost** * **Staff** * **Scanner** The Scanner role is designed specifically for volunteers and day-of staff who only need check-in access and should not have access to the full event dashboard. Add your volunteers as Scanners on the event so they can check in guests without seeing your revenue data, vendor information, or event settings. See [Team Management](/hosts/team) for instructions on adding team members. ## Logging in Download the Treasure app from the App Store or Google Play. Sign in with the same email and password you use at ontreasure.com. Once logged in, select the event you want to manage from the event list. ## Checking in attendees From the event home screen in the app, tap the **Scan** button. Your device's camera will activate. Point the camera at the attendee's ticket QR code — either on their phone or printed. The app reads the code automatically without requiring a manual tap. The app displays the attendee's name and ticket type. A green confirmation means the ticket is valid and the attendee is now checked in. A red indicator means the ticket has already been scanned, is invalid, or belongs to a different event. ## Checking in vendors On event day, vendors arrive to set up their tables before the event opens. To mark a vendor as checked in: 1. Open the **Vendors** tab in the app. 2. Find the vendor by name or scroll through the list. 3. Tap the vendor's entry and select **Check In**. This records their arrival time and updates their status in the vendor dashboard visible to the Host and Cohost. ## Recording cash payments If you accept cash payments at the door for tickets or vendor tables, you can record them directly in the app so your revenue data stays accurate: 1. Open the **Cash Sales** section from the event home screen. 2. Select the ticket type or table option being paid for. 3. Enter the quantity and confirm. Treasure logs the transaction against the event. Cash payment records are for tracking purposes only. They are reflected in your event's revenue totals but are not processed through Stripe. ## Availability The Treasure mobile app is available on **iOS** (App Store) and **Android** (Google Play). The mobile check-in app is included on all plans — Basic, Starter, and Pro. # Create and publish your first event on Treasure Source: https://docs.ontreasure.com/hosts/create-event Build an event page with a custom URL, cover image, ticket types, venue location, and a description — then publish it for attendees to find. This page walks you through creating an event on Treasure from start to finish. You'll set up the core details — name, date, location, and cover image — choose a permanent URL slug, configure ticket types and vendor tables, then publish your event so attendees can find and book it. Go to [ontreasure.com/create](https://ontreasure.com/create) or click **Create Event** from your host dashboard. Treasure opens the event editor with an empty form. If you have a saved draft, go to your dashboard and click the draft to resume editing. Drafts are automatically preserved as you work. Type your event name in the large **Event Name** field at the top of the editor. This name appears on your public event page, in search results, and in all attendee communications. Your event name is used to generate the permanent URL slug for your event page. Choose a clear, memorable name — for example, "Anime Convention 2025" becomes `/events/anime-convention-2025`. The slug cannot be changed after the event is published. Click the date field to open the date picker and select the event date. Then enter a **Start time** and **End time** for the event. For multi-day events, click **Add date** to add additional dates. Each date can have its own start and end times. Tickets can be scoped to specific dates in the ticket editor. Expand the **Location** section and fill in: * **Venue name** — for example, "Los Angeles Convention Center" * **Address** — start typing and select a suggestion from the dropdown to set the precise map coordinates The address you select populates the map shown to attendees on your event page. Expand the **Description** section and write a description of your event. Tell attendees what to expect: the event theme, featured guests, what's included in admission, and any other relevant details. Descriptions support plain text. Keep the most important information at the top. In the right panel, click the **Poster** upload area and select an image from your device. Treasure uses this image as the cover photo on your event page and in link previews when you share the event URL. Use a high-resolution image (recommended: 1200×630 px) in JPG or PNG format for the best results on all screen sizes. Use the **Tags** section to categorize your event (for example: Anime, Gaming, Art Market). Tags help attendees discover your event when browsing by category. Expand the **Tickets** section to create ticket types for attendees. Expand the **Tables** section to set up vendor table listings that vendors can apply for. See [Ticket types](/hosts/ticket-types) for a full walkthrough of pricing, quantity limits, and sale windows. See [Vendor management](/hosts/vendor-management) for how vendor applications work. In the **Visibility** selector at the bottom of the right panel, choose one of three statuses: | Status | What it does | | ------------ | ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ | | **Live** | Your event is visible in the event feed and open for purchases. | | **Draft** | Hidden from the feed; no purchases allowed. Use this while setting up. | | **Unlisted** | Purchases are enabled, but the event does not appear in the feed. Share the link directly. | When you're ready, click **Create Event** to publish. Your event page is immediately accessible at its unique URL. ## Edit an existing event After creating your event, you can update any field at any time. Open your host dashboard, find the event, and click **Edit Event** to return to the event editor. Changes take effect immediately for live events. ## Next steps Set up multiple ticket tiers with pricing, quantity limits, and sale windows. Accept vendor applications, review them, and assign tables. # Receive payouts from ticket and vendor table sales Source: https://docs.ontreasure.com/hosts/payouts Connect Stripe to receive payouts, understand the schedule by plan, and see what fees are deducted before funds reach your bank account. Treasure uses Stripe Connect to send revenue from ticket sales and vendor table payments directly to your bank account. Before you can sell paid tickets or collect vendor fees, you need to connect a Stripe account. This page explains how to set that up, when to expect payouts, and how to read your payout history. You must connect a Stripe account before you can sell paid tickets or collect vendor table payments. Free events do not require Stripe, but any event with a price greater than \$0 will block checkout until your account is connected. ## Connect your Stripe account From your host dashboard, open **Account Settings** and navigate to the **Payouts** section. Click **Connect with Stripe**. You'll be redirected to Stripe's onboarding flow. Stripe will ask for: * Your legal name and date of birth (for identity verification) * Your business type and address * Your bank account details for deposit * Tax information (SSN or EIN, depending on account type) Complete all required fields. Stripe reviews most accounts within minutes, though some may take up to 2 business days. Once Stripe approves your account, you'll be redirected back to Treasure. Your payout method is now active and ticket/table sales can begin. ## Payout schedules and fees The timing and cost of your payouts depend on your Treasure plan: | Plan | Monthly price | Service fee | Payout schedule | | ------- | ------------- | ----------------------------- | --------------- | | Basic | Free | 4% + \$0.50 per transaction | Day of event | | Starter | \$10/month | 3.5% + \$0.30 per transaction | 2x/week | | Pro | \$35/month | 3% per transaction | 2x/week | * **Basic** payouts are initiated on the day your event is held. * **Starter and Pro** payouts are initiated on a rolling weekly cycle on every Wednesday and Sunday regardless of when your event occurs. Standard Stripe processing fees (2.9% + \$0.30 per transaction) are separate from Treasure's service fee and are deducted by Stripe before funds reach your account. ## View payout history From your host dashboard, click [**Payouts**](https://www.ontreasure.com/host/payouts) in the event tools sidebar. This shows all payouts associated with that specific event. Each row in the payout history shows: * **Initiated on** — the date the payout was created * **Arrival date** — the estimated date funds arrive in your bank * **Amount** — net amount after all fees and refunds * **Status** — Pending, In Transit, Paid, or Failed Click a row to see the full breakdown: gross charges, refunds, disputes, processing fees, and platform fees. ## Upgrade to faster payouts If you're on the Basic plan, you receive payouts on the day of your event. To switch to weekly payouts, upgrade to Starter or Pro from the [pricing page](https://www.ontreasure.com/pricing). # Add team members and manage roles on your event Source: https://docs.ontreasure.com/hosts/team Invite cohosts, staff, and scanners to your event by email or phone. Each role has a defined set of permissions to match what they need to do. Treasure lets you build a team around each event. You can invite people with different roles — from a co-organizer who helps manage everything, to a volunteer who only needs to scan tickets at the door. Invites are sent by email or SMS, and team members accept before they gain access. ## Team roles Each role has a specific set of permissions. The table below shows what each role can do: | Role | Description | | ----------- | ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- | | **Host** | Full control over the event, including billing and deletion. Fees are calculated based on the Host's plan. | | **Co-host** | Same permissions as Host except cannot delete the event. Co-hosts appear publicly on the event page. | | **Staff** | Can manage vendors, view applications, and check in attendees. Does not appear on the event page. | | **Scanner** | Access to the attendee check-in tool only. Use this role for volunteers or door staff. | The Host role is assigned to the account that created the event. You can invite Co-hosts, Staff, and Scanners — you cannot transfer the Host role to another user. ## Invite a team member From your event dashboard, click **Team** in the event tools sidebar. You'll see your current team list and any pending invites. Click the **Add Team Member** button in the top right corner of the Team page. A dialog opens with the invite form. Choose the role you want to assign: * **Co-host** — for trusted co-organizers who need full management access * **Staff** — for team members who manage vendors and check in attendees * **Scanner** — for volunteers and door staff who only need the check-in app Type the invitee's email address in the contact field. If the person doesn't use email, click **Use Phone** to switch to SMS and enter their phone number instead. Click **Invite**. Treasure sends the invitee a notification with a link to accept. Until they accept, the invite appears as **Pending** in your team list. Pending invites expire after a set period. If an invite expires before the person accepts, send a new one. ## Accepting an invite The person you invite receives an email or SMS with a link to accept. Clicking the link takes them to Treasure, where they sign in or create an account and then confirm the invite. Once accepted, they can access the event dashboard with the permissions for their assigned role. ## Remove a team member To remove someone from your event, find their name in the team list and click the options menu next to their row. Select **Remove** to revoke their access immediately. # Set up ticket types, pricing, and sale windows Source: https://docs.ontreasure.com/hosts/ticket-types Create multiple ticket tiers for your event — set prices, quantity limits, per-order minimums and maximums, and which event dates each ticket covers. Treasure lets you create as many ticket types as your event needs — free or paid, limited or unlimited, single-day or multi-day. This page covers how to add ticket types, configure pricing (including tiered pricing), set inventory limits, and understand the service fees applied per transaction. ## Add a ticket type In the event editor, expand the **Tickets** section and click **Add ticket**. A panel slides open with all the ticket configuration fields. Enter a **Ticket Name** — for example, "General Admission", "VIP", or "Early Bird". Optionally add a **Description** that appears at checkout to explain what's included. Select a pricing model from the dropdown: | Pricing model | How it works | | ------------- | -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- | | **Fixed** | One price applies to every ticket purchased. Set the price to `0.00` for free tickets. | | **Tiered** | The price per ticket changes based on how many the buyer purchases. All units are charged at the rate of the final tier reached. | For fixed pricing, enter the price in the **Price** field. For tiered pricing, define each tier with a first unit, last unit, and price per unit. Leave the last tier's **Last Unit** blank to make it open-ended. Enter a **Quantity** to cap the total number of tickets available for this type. Leave it empty to allow unlimited purchases. Optionally set **Min Purchase** and **Max Purchase** to control how many tickets a single buyer can order at once. For multi-day events, choose which event dates this ticket is valid for. By default, all event dates are selected. Deselect any dates you want to exclude. Click **Create Ticket** to add it to your event. Repeat the process to add more ticket types. You can edit or delete any ticket type from the event editor at any time. ## Service fees Treasure applies a per-transaction service fee on every ticket sale. The fee depends on your plan: | Plan | Service fee per transaction | | ------------ | --------------------------- | | Basic (free) | 4% + \$0.50 | | Starter | 3.5% + \$0.30 | | Pro | 3% | By default, service fees are added on top of your ticket price and paid by the buyer at checkout. You can choose to absorb fees yourself by enabling **Host absorbs fees** in ticket settings — this deducts the fee from your payout instead of adding it to the buyer's total. Standard credit card and ACH processing fees (2.9% + \$0.30 per transaction, charged by Stripe) are separate from Treasure's service fee and are not included in the amounts above. ## Free tickets To create a free ticket, set the **Price** to `0.00` and choose **Fixed** pricing. Free tickets do not require a connected Stripe account. Attendees can claim them without entering payment information. ## Tips for common ticket setups * **Early bird**: Create a ticket at a lower price, then edit it to raise the price (or mark it sold out) once the early bird period ends. * **VIP**: Add a separate ticket type with a higher price and a distinct name. Describe what's included in the description field. * **Multi-day pass**: Leave all event dates selected. For single-day access, create one ticket per day with only that date selected. For more on connecting your Stripe account and understanding payout timing, see [Pricing plans](/account/pricing). # Manage vendor applications and table assignments on Treasure Source: https://docs.ontreasure.com/hosts/vendor-management Review vendor applications, approve or deny them with notes, assign vendors to specific tables on your venue map, and track which tables are paid. Treasure gives you a full vendor relationship management workflow built into your event dashboard. Vendors apply through your event page, and you review, approve or deny, assign tables, and track payments — all from the **Vendors** tab of your event. Vendors pay for their approved table through Treasure's checkout. Payment is collected securely via Stripe and flows directly to your payout account. You do not need to handle vendor payments manually. ## Application lifecycle A vendor application moves through the following statuses: | Status | What it means | | -------------- | --------------------------------------------------------------------- | | **Pending** | Application submitted, awaiting your review. | | **Approved** | You accepted the application. The vendor can now pay for their table. | | **Denied** | You declined the application for this event. | | **Paid** | The vendor has completed checkout and their table is confirmed. | | **Waitlisted** | The vendor is in a queue if a spot opens up. | ## Review and respond to applications From your event dashboard, click the **Vendors** tab. You'll see an overview with charts showing total applications, approval rate, and table booking status at a glance. The applications list shows each vendor's name, business details, applied table type, and current status. Click a vendor row to open the full application view. The detail panel shows the vendor's answers to your application questions, their business links, and any tags you or they have applied. Review the vendor's application and click **Approve** or **Deny**. * When you approve, the vendor receives a notification and can proceed to checkout. * When you deny, you can include a note explaining the decision. The vendor is notified. You can change a decision after the fact if circumstances change. After approving a vendor, assign them a specific table location on your venue map. Open the vendor's application panel and click **Assign Table**, or open the map editor and drag the vendor's name onto a table. Assigning a table is optional but recommended — it lets vendors and attendees see exactly where each seller is located on the interactive map. See [Venue maps](/hosts/venue-maps) for how to build and publish your map layout. Once a vendor is approved, monitor whether they have completed checkout. The vendors list shows a payment status badge for each approved vendor: **Unpaid**, **Paid**, or **Refunded**. You can filter the list by status to quickly see which vendors still need to complete payment before the event. ## Custom application questions You can add custom questions to your vendor application in the event editor — for example: "What products do you sell?", "Do you need electricity?", or "Do you require a specific table size?". Answers appear in each vendor's application detail panel when you review their submission. ## Communicating with vendors To send a message to all approved vendors, or to a filtered subset, use the **Blast** feature from your event dashboard. You can send email or SMS messages to selected groups. See [Email & SMS blasts](/features/email-sms-blasts) for details on sending targeted vendor communications. ## Next steps Build your venue layout and assign vendors to specific table positions. Send targeted messages to approved vendors or all applicants. # Design interactive venue maps for your Treasure event Source: https://docs.ontreasure.com/hosts/venue-maps Build a drag-and-drop venue layout, label tables and booths, assign approved vendors to specific spots, and publish a live map for attendees. Treasure's venue map editor lets you design an interactive floor plan for your event. You can draw table and booth shapes, label them, assign approved vendors to specific spots, and publish a live map that attendees can explore on your event page. This page covers how to open the editor, build a layout, assign vendors, and share the finished map. Venue maps require a **Starter** or **Pro** plan. The Basic (free) plan does not include this feature. See [Pricing plans](/account/pricing) to upgrade. ## Open the map editor From your event dashboard, click **Venue Map** in the event tools sidebar. If your event doesn't have a map yet, click **Create Map** to open a blank canvas. Use the toolbar on the left to add elements to the canvas: * **Table shapes** — rectangles, squares, and circles to represent individual vendor tables or booths * **Labels** — text elements for section headers, aisles, entrances, and other landmarks * **Rooms and walls** — boundary shapes to represent the overall floor plan outline Click and drag to place shapes. Resize them by dragging the handles. Use the grid snap to keep your layout aligned. Click a table shape to select it, then type a table number or name in the properties panel on the right. For example: "Table 1", "Booth A3", or "Corner Booth". You can also assign a section name to group tables into named areas (Artist Alley, Dealer's Hall, etc.) for easier navigation on the live map. With an approved vendor list loaded from your event, drag a vendor name from the **Vendors** panel onto a table shape on the canvas. The table updates to show the vendor's name. Alternatively, click a table, open the **Assign** panel, and search for a vendor by name. Only approved vendors appear in the assignment list. Assignments are saved automatically. Vendors and attendees can see the assignments on the live map once you publish it. T.AI is a natural-language AI assistant built into the map editor, available to Starter and Pro subscribers. Click the **T.AI** button in the editor to open the assistant panel. You can describe what you want in plain English — for example: "Add 20 tables in a 4×5 grid in the center of the canvas" or "Create a section labeled Artist Alley with 10 rectangular tables." T.AI generates and places the elements on your canvas, which you can then adjust manually. T.AI supports follow-up instructions, so you can iterate: "Move that section to the left side" or "Add an entrance label at the top." When your layout is ready, click **Go Live** in the top bar to publish the map. Once live, the interactive map appears on your event page so attendees can explore which vendors are where. You can update the map at any time — changes publish immediately when you save. ## Share and embed the map Your event's venue map is publicly accessible at your event page. For Pro plan subscribers, you can also embed the interactive map on your own website using Treasure's embed widget. The embed generates an `
