# Track ad conversions with Meta Pixel

> Connect your Meta Pixel and Conversions API to Treasure so Facebook and Instagram ads can measure event page views, checkouts, and ticket purchases.

If you advertise your events on Facebook or Instagram, connect your Meta Pixel to Treasure. Meta can then see when people view your event pages, start checkout, and buy, so you can measure your ads and build audiences from real buyers.

Your pixel applies to all the events you host.

## What Treasure sends to Meta

| Meta event | When it's sent |
| - | - |
| `ViewContent` | Someone views one of your event pages |
| `InitiateCheckout` | Someone starts checkout for your event |
| `Purchase` | Someone completes an order, with what they bought |

## Connect your pixel

**1. Open Integrations**

In your host dashboard sidebar, select **Integrations**.

**2. Enter your Pixel ID**

Under **Meta Pixel**, enter your **Pixel ID**. Find it in Meta Events Manager.

**3. Add a Conversions API token (optional)**

Paste a **Conversions API Access Token** from Meta Events Manager. With a token, Treasure also sends events from its servers, which gives Meta more accurate attribution when browsers block tracking.

**4. Save**

Click **Save**.

To replace or remove a saved token, click **Change**. Save the field empty to remove it.

## Test your setup

After you save a pixel and access token, use **Test your setup**:

1. In Meta Events Manager, open the **Test events** tab and copy your test code.
2. Paste it into **Test event code** in Treasure.
3. Click **Send test event**.

The test event appears in Meta's **Test events** tab within a few moments.
