<AccordionGroup>
  <Accordion title="Is Treasure free to use?">
    Yes. The Basic plan is free and includes everything you need to create events, sell tickets, manage vendors, and check in attendees on event day. Basic charges a 4% + \$0.50 transaction fee on each payment processed through Treasure.

    Paid plans (Starter and Pro) reduce the transaction fee and add features like venue maps, faster payouts, and embedded checkout support. See [Pricing](/account/pricing) for a full comparison.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="How do I get paid for my events?">
    Treasure pays out revenue from ticket and vendor table sales directly to your connected bank account via Stripe.

    * **Basic** — payouts are initiated on the day of your event.
    * **Starter and Pro** — payouts are initiated on a weekly rolling schedule as sales come in.

    To set up your payout account, go to **Account → Payouts** and connect your bank account through Stripe. See [Payouts](/hosts/payouts) for step-by-step instructions.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="Can I sell tickets for free events?">
    Yes. If your event has free tickets (priced at \$0.00), no transaction fee is charged because no payment is processed. Attendees can register and receive a QR code ticket without entering any payment information.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="What payment methods do attendees use?">
    Treasure uses Stripe to process payments. Attendees can pay with any major credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover). Apple Pay and Google Pay are also supported where available.

    Standard credit card processing fees (2.9% + \$0.30 per transaction) apply in addition to the Treasure transaction fee. These are charged by Stripe and are separate from your Treasure plan cost.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="How do refunds work?">
    Refunds can be issued from your event dashboard under the **Orders** section. Find the order, select it, and choose **Refund**. You can issue a full or partial refund.

    Refunds are returned to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on the attendee's bank. The Treasure transaction fee is not refunded when you issue a refund.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="Can I create events without a paid plan?">
    Yes. All event creation features are available on the free Basic plan. You can create unlimited events, sell unlimited tickets, accept unlimited vendor applications, and use the mobile check-in app on Basic.

    The key limitations of Basic are the higher transaction fee (4% + \$0.50), day-of payouts (instead of weekly), and no access to interactive venue maps.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="What is the difference between a Host and a Cohost?">
    The **Host** is the primary owner of an event. They have full control over event settings, billing, payouts, and team management.

    A **Cohost** has nearly the same access as the Host — they can manage vendors, send blasts, view analytics, and check in attendees — but they cannot change payout settings or delete the event.

    You can also add **Staff** members (dashboard access without financial settings) and **Scanners** (mobile app check-in only). See [Team Management](/hosts/team) for details.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="Do vendors pay Treasure directly for their tables?">
    No. Vendors pay through Treasure's checkout, but the money goes to you (the host) minus the transaction fee. Treasure does not charge vendors a separate platform fee. Vendors pay whatever table price you set when you create your vendor application.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="Can I embed Treasure on my own website?">
    Yes. Treasure provides iframe embed codes for ticket sales, vendor applications, your venue map, and your host profile. You can paste these snippets into any website to let visitors purchase tickets or apply as vendors without leaving your site.

    Embedded checkout processes payments natively — no additional setup is needed. The Pro plan includes a dedicated Embedded Checkout Support Team to help with integration. See [Embeds](/features/embeds) for code snippets and setup instructions.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="How do I cancel my subscription?">
    You can cancel your Starter or Pro subscription at any time from **Account → Billing**. Your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period, after which your account reverts to the free Basic plan. You will not be charged again after canceling.

    Canceling does not delete your events, attendee data, or vendor records.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="Is there a mobile app?">
    Yes. The Treasure mobile app is available on iOS (App Store) and Android (Google Play). It is designed for day-of event operations: scanning attendee ticket QR codes, checking in vendors, and recording cash payments. The mobile app is included on all plans at no extra cost.

    Anyone with a Host, Cohost, Staff, or Scanner role on the event can log in and use the app with their Treasure account credentials.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="What are venue maps and what plan do I need?">
    Venue maps are interactive floor plans of your event space. You can drag and drop tables, assign vendors to specific spots, label sections, and publish a public-facing map that attendees can view before and during the event.

    Venue maps are available on the **Starter** and **Pro** plans. The Pro plan also includes one free hands-on map setup where the Treasure team builds your first map for you.

    Venue maps are not available on the Basic (free) plan.
